I continue a series of suggestions for improving the game.

Quick access wheel
I really like the quick access wheel (items, assistants, emotes, etc.).
I would like the first wheel to be replaced with another one in PVP zones (Imperial City, Imperial Sewers, and Cyrodiil), which is configured specifically in these zones.
When moving to a PVE location, the wheel is replaced with another one, which is configured in these locations.

    yea as Assistants and Companions don't work in PvP it does make sense to replace its wheel with a Siege wheel when in Cyrodiil.

    though they'd have to both be saved so maybe it's simpler to just add another wheel as that's technically needed for this suggestion anyways
