Subclassing Intro Quest Stuck

"A Study In Discipline" got stuck at the "Subclass a New Skill Line" stage. No matter what tree I choose (or how much Gold I spend doing so) the Quest never progresses and Bahtra always keeps asking me to choose a line. Reloading UI, leaving the Zone, or restarting the game doesn't fix it. The Quest has been stuck on my Sorcerer for days.
