Thorns and Blossoms quest bugged

Stuck in Reeve Nordarmors office having interacted with everything, but now the quest has no more icons and no way to progress the quest at all.

    Have tried dismissing Tanlorin, resummoning her. Logging in and out. Abandoned quest twice but still gets stuck at same point.

    Having the same issue... can't find any fix anywhere so far either. Did you ever manage to get it sorted?

    Yup, I had to do it on a different character completely... was my only option left.

    So coincidentally I did this quest for the first time today and it did not get stuck. I am curious/do wonder what was the order you investigated the room and did you try to grab the objects in a different order? I got 2/3 before the quest advanced for me actually. I did not interact with the cat statue at all but the other two objects moved it along. It might just be bugged for some characters and not others similar to other bugs like the subclassing quest and Zerith-var's right now. I hope zos checks just in case.

    The quest is bugged for one of my characters. I interacted with the cat statue, then the panel. For some reason it let me interact with the panel and journal twice in a row and that's when it got stuck. Now Tanlorin keeps repeating the same line from the beginning of this quest stage and I can't interact with anything anymore and it doesn't progress either.

    This is exactly it... I did the cat statue twice... on my second character I completely ignored the cat statue and I'm thinking that's what the issue is...

    I decided to give it another try months later and it 100% was the cat statue blocking progress.
