What's odd is that the game would be showing that icon on a piece of gear the player is actually wearing, since that *should* have "collected" it.
@madman65 - Is it showing in your stickerbook as collected? I also notice that the item is showing as reconstructed and am wondering if there is a bug with the way the icon is implemented. Does it show up for any other reconstructed items? If so, that should be reported to ZOS.

I have it on some reconstructed items, so there is definitely a bug. There are also other bugged items, such as jewelry surveys being identified as collectible lorebooks.

That last one I believe is supposed to be fixed in the next update? I think I saw something about it in another thread recently.
