Buff hemorrhage status effect.

Like the title says, the hemorrhage status effect needs to be buffed. It shouldn't require the stacking mechanism to get full damage. There aren't enough sources of bleed for that.
Bleed builds need some love.

Also obligatory mention that we need a Bleed Damage enchant.

Bleed should just do 125% damage compared to Burning, all the time. Forget the stacking mechanic.

Burning = Does X damage, easy to source
Poisoned = Does 75% X at start, can go up to 133% X as target goes down in health, easy to source
Hemorrhaging = Does 125% X all the time, hard to source

I think the stacking mechanic is cool, but the duration could be extended and the damage should go back to bypassing shields and resists.

Make axes do bleed again. They used to have a bleed dot.

Or you know, bladed weapons and attacks making targets bleed instead of physical damage.
This recent update has made me sad. Sad for the game. Sad for the community. Sad to pay whatever it is now. I want the previous eso back.

Since we have 2 abilities and one set with guaranteed bleed procs I don't think it is justified to make bleeds stronger than burning without stipulations. I think it actually ok as it is. Hard to source is really a matter of perspective. Last time I checked there was no 20% modifier set for fire damage...

I wouldn't change all weapons to bleed. The physical gives the sundered effect which some people need.

My bleed build Warden actually uses a Flame staff.

Nobody is out there wearing Blooddrinker.

Besides, that's entirely selfish and we have group utility mechanisms that already enshrine Flame as the Golden Child of elements for no apparent reason (e.g. Engulfing and that monster set).

    Bleed needs help.

If you want bleed damage to be reworked or have some special gimmick that's fine, but status effects are the last thing in this game that needs any buffs whatsoever. Since status effects basically act as a proc set (the game actually consider it to be a "proc") with no cooldown, any buff to status effect would make areas like PvP even more atrocious with how broken they're in that context.

And hemorrhaging with 3x stacks is the strongest status effect DoT in the game, so make 0 sense to buff it. So unless you want a severe damage nerf, zos should not remove the stacking mechanic.
