Netch Oil set doesn't prevent the snare from Unstoppable/Immovable

The entire point of the set is to prevent snares and immobilizations.
Except it doesn't do that.
1) Equip Netch Oil set
2) Cast Unstoppable
You are now snared. Netch Oil does nothing.
