I just watched a video of this gorgeous house and there's been whispers around Tamriel that it will be the next solstice chapter house give away as a community event. Is this even true?
I bought the soltice pass and am very happy with it just wondering what's happening with the houses for this zone.

Buy the pet with event tickets (five for each of the three fragments) and the five pieces of the morph will be available during Q4 events. Two should be available during Witches Festival, a third during whatever event is on tap for November, and the last two during New Life in December. Morph fragments will be 10 tickets each.I'm fresh out of outrage, but I could muster up some amused annoyance if required.4 -
