Templar charge attack should not taunt

I noticed a taunt was added to the base ability and both morphs of the Templar charge i.e. teleport to enemy ability. As someone who spams teleports on pretty much all characters... that really sucks. I appreciate wanting to give the Templar class a class taunt ability, but please, not this one. And not the jabs
