shadsie✭✭I've lost count now how many times in an evening we get the eternal login screen on PC/EU. With the exception one time on one of the families steam accounts that may have been steam it has all been on ZOS and I've not seen any proper feedback on any of the posts I've seen. Possibly because it is late at night with less people on so they don't care.2 -

Vahndamme✭✭✭✭All of affected (or just all) get free daily login rewards. Get endeavour compensation that they lost. Get free mount skill scrolls because they couldn't skill up mounting.. What am I missing? Ah yes, one day of free ESO+ added to their account (if they had ESO+).2

Just wanted to follow up on this after some investigations. There is a stability problem with the connection between DFW (North American datacenter) and FRA (European datacenter). FRA relies on that connection heavily to remain up and we're working with our provider to investigate and resolve the stability issues. Why are the EU servers connected to the American ones? That just seems like it's asking for trouble.
You can see it as a big house with the different rooms being the zone maps. Those are on the EU server. But the lobby you need to cross to enter every room is on the login server in Texas.

Love how simple consolidation efforts, to unclutter the forums and keep the info at 1 thread, lead to conspiracy theories so easily.

There even is an explanation why it does not make any sense to relate to xbox or PC or all servers. It's an issue that affects all and they simply combine all threads, close old ones where ppl just post to (allthough they were opened weeks ago), and they make that all to provide you a "simple way" to get the information at 1 place.
But I guess there still are some bad things happening that you need to reveal

T-Kom Germany is having connection issues since at least the beginning of the year with all sorts of stuff, which is located in the US.1 -

Guess we'll not see compensation for this 2nd day AGAIN??... Is this a start up like WoW early days? or indie company like Riot? Sure seems like it.. Can't play the game 2 times in a week you want to play it. O M G1
