Saint and the Seducer stops working after death in BGs

I ran into an issue today where the Saint and the Seducer mythic stopped working for me after I died in a BG. This happened in two back-to-back BGs. Initially, the mythic works. But after I die and re-spawn, there is no circle around me in combat and I get no major buffs from the mythic for the remainder of the BG.
