After hearing nothing for the past few days i replied to their rejection in the ticket i created. (See here old thread)
Sadly still till now no "explanation"from the team but only reply i got from the customer service was same old copy-paste message as usual....

I think i am just going to let it go and not even renew the eso+ cause with this kind of "support" and all it is not worth it anymore to pay for... Even will pass on the crown buying as it seems you all give 0 about the customers that pay for your jobs.

Just tagging you, so you can see how great the support is with their answer. Was hoping that i heard also the follow up that was promised to me but sadly all i got was this copy-paste message from support and rest total silence.
I even checked the old thread to see if anything was in there but total silent. Sad to see how this is the result of things.

    I've been getting the exact same copy and paste, even after not only proving to them I meet their listed criteria (the ones the first copy paste answer tells us about) and I even offered to schedule a phone call and provide a picture of me and my ID to put their minds at ease. Sadly, got answered with the exact copy and paste you got.

    I'm in the same boat as you, I'm not sure I want to financially support a company that won't even let me spend money on them lol. I guess we'll see what I decide once my ESO+ runs you. Worst thing is, I fully understand their reasoning for making people apply for it, so I offered a suggestion in a post I made a few days ago, but no one seemed interested enough to reply and it got buried under the other posts.

    Yea it is sad indeed, and i totally understand that they have a damn good reason that people must apply for it.
    Specially with the scammers and fraud and all that stuff in the past (and still is going on). But i havent even been 1mm close to that kind of the dark side... I just simply want to have fun, enjoy the game and help a friend out who i want to have also a bit of extra so to say....
    Damn even after that suggestion they just press the button to paste the simple reply? Oh my.... I just am flabbergasted by that :')

    Yea sadly the boat we are in is slowly sinking and they are just standing at the beach drinking their cocktails ^^ I am exactly thinking the same as you. Not sure how long i will continue companies like this. Takes really the fun away from it.
    Same here but i think i already made my mind up what to do, i had the crowns ready for a friend to gift a house that was finally back in the crown store. But i am not going to spend money to add it to her account to get the crowns, while i previously bought already a load for the past crown crates (due to the fantastic way of getting the dragon mounts :')
    And was lucky that i still had some crowns left over....

    Sadly they just ignore most of the suggestions by "single" people and only focus if a humungus amount of people complain about something then they probably only will take a peek at it.Not that they always listen to it what the people say, but sure that is just a other thing haha.
