After hearing nothing for the past few days i replied to their rejection in the ticket i created. (See here old

Sadly still till now no "explanation"from the team but only reply i got from the customer service was same old copy-paste message as usual....

I think i am just going to let it go and not even renew the eso+ cause with this kind of "support" and all it is not worth it anymore to pay for... Even will pass on the crown buying as it seems you all give 0 about the customers that pay for your jobs.

Just tagging you, so you can see how great the support is with their answer. Was hoping that i heard also the follow up that was promised to me but sadly all i got was this copy-paste message from support and rest total silence.
I even checked the old thread to see if anything was in there but total silent. Sad to see how this is the result of things.
