I got an email advertising the 10-year Anniversary Pack, but it's not showing up in the store. Where do I buy it?

Which store are you checking?

There are different storefronts for each console, then for PC/Mac there’s ZOS’s own store, Steam, and Epic.

I bought it from the PS Store. It's not an in-game purchase.

I have another issue with that 10-Year-Anniversary-Pack - I bought it and got the crowns, but I dont find the dress, the pet and the inbox-message with the dazzler dispenser furnishing?! @ZOS_Kevin

Happened to me too Lugaldu. I needed to completely quit the game, not just relog, then restart for the items to appear. Hope that helps
