Problem with Decorating all of a sudden

Today while decorating I'm getting this black box describing everything and it covers up the area I'm trying to place objects on. It looks like the black box in this image below. How do I get rid of the black box.

Aylish✭✭✭✭✭Could be Essential Housing Tools. This box is somewhere else on my monitor (upper right corner) where it doesn’t cover up anything interesting so it might be movable in addon settings.1
