Cannot login to PC EU

Says "could not retrieve announcements" and after I try to login the game it says I cannot. Using Steam version. Also did Repair. Nothing helped.

✭Can anyone assist me at least, to troubleshoot?
So, I'm trying to login to ESO via STEAM.
Both EU and NA give "could not retrieve annoucements" before even logging in. So the issue is somewhere else.
The problem is, this issue seemed to be resolved after ZOS had the last maintenance for PC EU. But it has returned.

They did change something on the launcher. People are having all kinds of different symptoms though.
I might be one of 5 people still playing the game on Windows 7, which is officially unsupported now so no idea if anyone else is in same boat.

W11. But the same happens in Linux as well. So I think it's not OS related.0
