Why did you change the bot?

Everyone who plays cards, especially those players who have been playing for a long time. Remember that the bot didn't use any protection at all, which gave bonuses on the right. I looked up a guide on YouTube, and the guy said, "Collect any protection," and it will help you defeat non-player characters faster. Personally, it's not difficult for me to defeat them, but it protections faster with the cartridges. Why did they change the bots? They constantly change the protections.

if you're talking about using patrons, they always take 3 out of 4

If you're talking about ToT and the NPC opponents.. NPC's will always continue playing as long as there is a possible move left. Including turning patrons. Which is why if the Crow/Purple deck is in play, the NPC will always turn that patron if they have 1 coin left after all other moves are exhausted.

Early on in a player's ToT journey, the same 4 decks with very simple and cheap patron conditions will always be used. If you're not seeing the NPC turning patrons as often, it's likely that you're selecting decks with more costly/complex conditions tied to them.

I'm guessing this wasn't originally written in English but it may be worth trying to clarify. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "protections" (patrons?), "which have bonuses on the right", or "cartridges".

But if the complaint is that the NPC players aren't so terrible at Tales of Tribute any more I actually applaud that. It's meant to be a game, not a box ticking exercise.

The improvement in the ai in ToT is a great thing. They do really need to be better at using the patrons though, especially the crow deck. It would also be nice if they were able to win using the patrons (and understood that tithe cards could be a valuable help with that).

There are three difficulties of ai to choose from, so improving the best while keeping the easy difficulty ai the same, would be good for accommodating everyone.
