Subclass vs. IA Gear sets & Leaderboards?

With the u46 subclasses, and I appreciate there’s a ton of discussions, view points, and assumptions (but hey, it’s not even completed its PTS cycle, so be fair).
Will the IA ‘class sets’ (which though class specific, are tied to a skill line) become wearable by another class *if* that other class has the skill line added vis subclassing?
(I.e. if an Arcanist had the sorcerer daedric summoning as a subclass skill line, could they then wear the beacon of oblivion set to get an extra +15% damage to stack with velothri-mage amulet’s +15%?)
How will the Leaderboards work?
Will they only show (‘per class’) if the class is a “pure” class, and we then get one more class type of “subclassed” (which would be ANY character that has subclassed 1 or 2 skill lines)?
Thoughts?

✭✭Only your base Class can use the respective Class Sets (so Wrathsun can be equipped by Templars with Arcanist Skill Lines, but but an Arcanist with Templar Skill Lines can't equip that set).

✭✭✭✭Your base/starting class will always apply to anything class specific. So as mentioned above class sets from IA will still only be usable by you base class.
