Golden Pursuit - be warned

Be warned it seems that if you have done the golden pursuits you can NOT - it seems - still collect the things you have not unlocked yet as they dont progress
for example the login reward related ones dont progress anymore (skill style, crates). At least for me it didnt update with todays login reward....

That's not been the case with previous GPs. And I seriously doubt they'd tie a reward to a 10 day requirement knowing full well most players will have earned the capstone long before then.

Some of my objectives continue to progress, and I completed it already myself.

It doesn't retroactively update the progress if you collected the daily reward before the GP Campaign even started.

This is perfectly logical.
GP can't record things that happened before GP began, what a revelation.

About what Nemesis said, this is false. Yesterday I did the daily writs hours before the beginning of the event and didn't get any progress on daily reward, which is normal, but right now as TESO is opened on my other screen, I just got today's reward and some progress has been made on two GP ("claim 5 rewards from the daily login calendar" and "claim 10 rewards" are now at 1/5 and 1/10 respectively).

Regarding "intermediate rewards" like 50k gold if you scribe one skill, I did this one yesterday in the evening, they work, I got my gold as it was planned.

The OP sounds like he's completed the GP and got the Scribing Altar, but is now locked out of the skill styles from the log in rewards. Screenshots above show the player hasn't completed the GP yet and so everything should be updating as normal for them.
It's disappointing if we cannot gain the other rewards after completing a GP as we have in the past.

I think I will be playing it safe until I have the crates. I have unlocked the painting this morning and had intended to do some more guild dailies and resource gathering later, but maybe best to put those off just on case I accidentally complete it with other objectives that I complete through my regular game play.

OK, Nemesis' first message wasn't very clear and it's true that I didn't understand in the way it was intented, but you know what ? After personal verification, it's still false \o/

I've completed more Golden Pursuits than this morning, notably beginning Scribing questline with a secondary character, which allowed me to reach 16/16 and get the final reward.

BUT the GP challenges that I haven't completed yet aren't greyed out, as would be daily or weekly endeavours after you completed three/one and left the others incomplete. Which means that the remaining GP challenges can still be completed and the rewards obtained ! Yay !

Yesterday I had claimed my daily login before the GP started, so those were zero going into today. As well, I went ahead and completed a 17th objective this morning just to show that yes the objectives continue to progress even after the capstone is claimed.

I have completed scribing on all 16 characters. Yep not starting another one for this. I thought maybe it would show what I have already completed but it doesn't.

As I understand this was the intended plan for GP, I know that the counter is going up after reaching the goal unlike seals of endeavor who stops once you do 3 or one, you can get more if the final act say killing an world boss also finishing some other goal like kill x enemies and y enemy type.

One minor, somewhat related note: The scripts are in containers and cannot be placed in the bank. So make sure you claim them on a character that still needs some, otherwise you will have to open them on your completed character and get random ones.

I completed this yesterday without doing the get the quest from the crown store or any of the scribing quests, and I still have the 2 for daily login rewards that will just complete naturally. So there are more than enough for those of us that have already completed those.
