Endless loading screen [PC - EU]

Hello, since today I've been experiencing endless loading screens in the game. It started with loading issues when changing zones, and now I can't even log in with my characters anymore.

shadsie✭✭Now I'm getting a Steam login error. (This is a family member on my machine, rather than my main account). We are launching through steam, steam is online, and we were playing 2 hrs ago with no issues.
