Did drop rates get nerfed?

I feel like I don't see as many furnishing plans, Azandar's portfolios, furnishing crafting materials, etc as I used to just even a few months ago. Was this officially or unofficially changed recently, or is it just RNG being RNG?

Don't know in general, but the furnishing plans drop rate seem to get worse and worse with each new content. West Weald was worse than Necrom and the Solstice stuff is even worse.

Definitely feels worse now than it ever has been. My theory is that they placed a cool down on how often checking a container can include any furnishings in their loot pool - meaning, it doesn't help you to go play in the urns at Broken Light temple any more than it would to simply find a container every 2 mins while exploring, for example.

Again, not a fact, just a theory. It wouldn't surprise me if they did that to address behaviors of players farming container-dense areas to no end.

I have got one furnishing plan in Solstice so far farming urns. Every other one is a base game plan that most of my characters already know and is not even worth selling.

I have gotten a few plans from scrying leads, but not many.

I have gotten no plans from fishing.

I don’t think the green zone plans are dropping from containers. The one I got was blue. I can farm 100+ runs and not get a green zone plan. Didn’t we have a bug with green plans not dropping last chapter?

Prices in guild stores reflect how hard to find these plans are.

I really often get Azandar portfolios, whatever I do and loot. What I barely see is furnishing plans, especially from new chapters. I've fully completed West Weald these last few days, including the main storyline, and I barely found plans. Most of what I got originated from the base game or Necrom anyway.

Also, most containers in public dungeons gave me the same lame items as usual, base races style stones, lockpicks and trash to sell.

I feel like guild stores have been scarce lately in general even. Many of the guilds in major cities don't seem to have as much as they used to. I even saw a bot guild in Deshaan that had literally zero items posted. Guild name was just a bunch of IIIIIIII for the name.
