How many Algae-Laden Sunport Packs before you get a recipe?

I've always had the Homemaker CP and been fishing since day 1 of U46....still no recipes. Gotten a few furnishings but not recipes.

Rng plays a bigger part that the homemaker star in this.
Besides that, homemaker perk increases the chance only by 10%, which is kinda low.

Homemaker only increases the chance of getting a second furnishing plan when you find one. It doesn't increase the chance of finding one to begin with.

Homemaker mentioned because before patch they said it would only drop if you had it....I've had it and still no drops. So...

If anyone gets a solstice recipe from fishing...let us know. I want to know they exist!

Yeah - yesterday was my first day of fishing. I had 5 or 6 packs and pulled a Praxis: Tide-Born Sculpture, Coral along with a Seahorse, Display in the third pack.

I also got a Praxis: Tide-Born Sculpture, Lizard from antiquity bonus loot. First time I've ever found a furnishing plan from antiquities.

So far, those are the only two Solstice plans that I've found.

I've been fishing every day, using Artaeum food, have nearly1000 fish and uncounted vendor fish.....still no luck.

Can ZOS look at my rng and tell me why? Keep posting your discoveries though to give me hope.

Nope. Absolutely no luck Fishing.
Found 1 single Solstice Shell, Fossilized Turritella from the actual reel-in, but nothing from the Algae bags save Enchanting and Trait stones.

I don't know if there is any exact information available BUT once I have the trophy fish for a zone, I never use any of the available methods to increase drop chances..... so no food, no Sharp and the only CP I use is Reel Technique.

I did this in Apocrypha and got loads of abyss drenched folio volume's will do the same in Solstice, I always considered the baggies to be the same as wet gunny sacks and therefore I have no wish to catch "extra" trophy fish.

I opened five of the new ones and got one plan and a furnishing.

Have Angler achievement from Solstice. Landed about 4 packs total, with no plans.

Harvesting nodes. No plans.

Looting stuff. No plans.

Either my rng is beyond abysmal, or the drop rate is.🤔

Still haven't gotten a furnishing recipe from fishing in Solstice....this is so unrewarding. There aren't enough bait containers to sustain the required farm. 1 algae pack in 30minutes of fishing just for a Ta. I'm thoroughly discouraged.

I got furnishing plans from fishing (and a new furnishing) and a harvesting node and a random treasure chest (not a map) and antiquity bonus loot. I haven't even spent a lot of time in the new zone yet, waiting for update 47.

Did these actually be fixed in the latest patch? I got quite a few yesterday but they had just a single Ta or Jejota, best I got was a single Pitch. They’re just Wet Gunny Sacks with a different name.

There are supposed to be 4 furnishing recipes that drop from the algae sacks...only 1 person has confirmed any recipe dropping and just the 1 recipe known. I've got none with going through over 1000k bait
