There have been instances of maintenance finishing early, is not unheard of.

If your schedule allows for it I'd keep an eye on things.

I'm pretty sure this maintenance is to turn Vengeance mode off in PVP. Now whether that makes it shorter or longer than a normal maintenance is anyone's guess.

It's also PC patch day, so a client update is necessary as well.
