Ambassador Goronwy not speaking with vampire. Special charn spell is useless. I can''t find any info about this issue. Is it a bug?

✭✭✭✭✭he is a neutral npc, most of them do not talk with stage 4 Vampires.
you can use Purifying Bloody Mara to decrease your vampire stage to 1. Either craft it, ask someone for it, or buy it from guild stores.miaow! i'm Luna ( she/her ).
