Can't Access guild trader in bank

Like it says - Returning player in 3 trading guilds now, NO option to access guild in bank

Tried multiple big city banks. Only has the option to interact with bank

Literally left the game a year ago because of this.
Is there something I'm missing?

Can you use any traders at all? Because that sounds like a social ban and you need to contact support for that.

I can't think of a reason I'd be banned in game. I'm an absolute delight haha

Seriously. I had that stupid stam drain bug for months that meant I was pretty much completely unable to PVP. At least this time I had the foresight to not sub unlike every other time I come back.

Learnt my lesson last year, I guess

Check and see if you can chat or use mail, that will confirm if you have a social ban or a weird anti-trader bug. (If it is a bug do you use an addon that might be at fault?)

I can say from my experience that there is something wrong with your account. I have had the same issue twice and both times got help from the ZOS helpdesk. Action taken was described as some minor changes in my account.

Think once I opened many mails fast and the second time I crashed in Cyrodiil prior to the same problem.

In the interest of covering all the bases: have you checked with your guilds that they still have a store?

I don't mean a trader, I'm aware guilds can have a store without a trader, but they must have 50 members for the store to be available, even to their own members. You said you're a returning player and if you were in these guilds before leaving it's possible they've gone inactive or lost members and don't have a store any more.
