Hi, Having an issue, my boyfriends game refuses to load past the character select 95% of the time.
he logged a ticket with my assistance, and we included the DXdiag etc, ticket number 250629-003070.
his Email seems to have no reply, confirmed when I checked this weekend (either that or it is in one of his mountain of other alternate email accounts.
But when I checked on the ticket for him on the website, it was just a copy and paste 'have you disabled your mods/have you turned it off and on again', we had explained that we had done all the steps in our initial email, reinstalled, cleared the mod folder and all its associated settings, updated all drivers, updated windows, launched with Norton Antivirus turned off etc, we even already included the DXdiag and was hoping there would have been some help on the ticket based on those files.

ESO is the ONLY game this is happening on for him.

You are welcome to DM me on his behalf, he has become downcast and has cancelled his ESO plus because of it, I hope we can fix it for him.
if you can't contact me, can you just update his ticket with instructions, I will try to help him with it on the following weekend when I can get hands on his PC to assist him.
