Can i use my account if I buy eso on steam?

I want to play ESO using Geforce Now, but I read that is only possible if u have ESO on steam. I don't have it on steam, if I buy it can I use my ESO account or it starts form scratch?

Aylish✭✭✭✭✭You have to connect your ESO account with you Steam acoount, then buy the basegame for steam. You then will need to connect your Steam account with GeForce.
Then you can use GeForce Now to play your normal (non-Steam) ESO-account with all DLCs you already own on your account.
