Block not working on second mouse button

When I have played previously, pressing the right mouse button has always blocked. I checked the keybindings for PC and it is still set to block on the right mouse button but it isn't doing it.
I tried assigning block to a different key and tested it and it worked. So I unassigned it from the right mouse button and then reassigned it to see if it fixed it but it still does not work.
Why is this please and how do I fix it?
