I want to get some help - but my issue isn't on the ticket system, and I prefer not to discuss it on the publicly - what do I do?

    Is there not an "other" option on the web site (via Support at the top of the page)?

    You can also send a private message to a forum mod like Kevin, they will help if they can or at least point you in the right direction! 🙂

    zos suggests: "If you don't see your exact issue when selecting a category, select the closest option you can find and fully describe your issue in the provided form."

    You could then also post the ticket number here to hopefully get one of the forum mods to check on it and make sure it's reached the right people. (Though with the 4th of July holiday in the US currently, that might not happen right away).

    Np, I hope you can get your issue worked out. And you can definitely post the ticket number here if you want to try to get the mods to look at it, they often do that for people and send a PM about the ticket (so posting the ticket number won't give any of us forum users any info about what the ticket is about).
