Zones i own are unavailable

Hello,

When i try to fast travel to some zones, i am asked to buy the DLC.
I am an old player, i have unlocked every single wayshrine and i already own the necessary game versions.

It looks like a lot of zones are locked for me, even if I have unlocked everything besides Solstice, as i own the following on Steam:
The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: High Isle
The Elder Scrolls Online Upgrade: Necrom
The Elder Scrolls Online Upgrade: Gold Road

This is what i see under the active DLCs for ESO:

I have checked and everything looks ok on the Bethesda account page, the Steam account is linked ok, everything seems fine, buuut this is what i see in game:

Deadlands:

Fargrave:

This started happening after my ESO Plus expired and the new Season Pass was implemented.
In the past i was able to access all zones, even while ESO Plus was not active.

Any idea what is going on?

It looks to me like you had purchased the various chapters outright, but had never purchased the other DLCs (smaller zones and dungeon expansions) from the Crown Store. As long as you had an active ESO Plus account, you were able to access all of those Crown Store DLCs. But if, as you say, your ESO Plus subscription has expired and you haven't renewed it, you won't be able to access any of those Crown Store DLCs unless you either purchase the desired DLCs with Crowns or purchase another ESO Plus subscription. You can even do both-- use Crowns to buy whichever DLCs you want to have permanent access to, but also subscribe to ESO Plus so you can access any DLCs that you haven't purchased with Crowns.

Thats exactly what I use my ESO+ crowns for, not far off having everything purchased

Deadlands, Markarth, Dragonhold, Firesong, Murkmire, Dark Brotherhood DLCs are not Chapters.

i have no idea how you could have accessed all zones without ESO Plus in the past.
You only own the chapters.
