The Rapids doesn't seem to be affecting the mount speed (though it is boosting sprint/run speed). PC/NA

I am having a weird issue in that I can't place any siege items with some of my characters. I am not getting the "over the limit" message or the "too close to others" message. I have even tried at the gate where you port in just to see. It is also not a more than one piece/type at a time issue as I have not been able to place a single item with the ones that are having problems.

The outline for all the siege items placement is yellow. Just nothing happens when I try to place them to use.

I can use the repair kit and the tri-pots without any issue.

I have removed everything from the wheel and added them again with no change.

These are the toons I have tested and which work and which don't.

CP level arcanist, alliance rank 21 - can place.
CP level templar, alliance rank 21 - can place.
CP level dragonknight, alliance rank 4 - can't place.
Level 40 nightblade, alliance rank 3 - can't place.
Level 21 necromancer, alliance rank 7 - can't place. Rank 10 now and still can't place any.

I first noticed it in battle with my necro but then tested with the others, who, other than my arcanist, have done nothing in either Vengeance campaign (other than today when I have placed a siege in the quick slot and try and fail to place it).

It does seem that low alliance rank is the common theme for those that can't place items. Not sure if it is a bug or something deliberately implemented.

I am on PC EU. Bug report (edited due to length) also submitted in game.

ETA: Following the end of the Vengeance test I decided to see if they still had the issue. Unfortunately they do so it is not related to the test campaign. I tried in Grey Host, the no CP and the under 50 campaigns for those who could access the last one. Same issue in all of them.

I then did more google searching and found someone else here on the forums who had the same issue back in February this year. They were able to place by pressing the interrupt key/button after the yellow circle appeared. Tried that it it worked. I would add that while I have no idea about the other player, my interrupt key is bound to numerical keypad number 6 and therefore not anywhere on the touchpad which I used to place the siege in the first place.

09:59 PCEU got in to cyro, joined group, ported - immediately got game stopping lag and got kicked - not large population - game working fine to that point

Pc EU, chalman finally broke the game. Physics is working at times, so do abilities but rarely. That's still going right now and personal ping went from 60 to 346 currently, FPS is down to 20 at best.

PC EU here and another who was in those same big fights this evening without any issue until arriving at Chal only to find it completely broke the game. I turned a corner, saw an army of DC players coming right at me and then the whole game froze and was not responding. Had to do a hard shut down of the game which booted me out of Cyrodiil of course. It was all fine again when I went back in, though since I was stuck in a queue to get in, things had quietened down somewhat at Chal in my absence. Though looking at the others posting above me who also had issues at that specific battle, that may be because it booted other players too.

Yes I can confirm I was outside the keep when it broke for me. I had only just arrived from BRK and never made it inside.

Similar experience around the same time of day as last night at Chal.

Massive long fight at Fare, bit of lag but not too bad. Then at Roe a total freeze even though the fight was pretty much over and we were just clearing up the last few lingerers. 8:10pm UK time. PC EU server.
