Broken Inn and Skyshards

Sleepy Sloth inn in Sunport. The housing editor does not work in it. You can place items but that's it, you can't adjust them at all. Guildies tried, same result. The inn is broken.

Also, we no longer have the animation when absorbing Skyshards, our character just stands there looking stupid.

Thank you for fixing the skyshard animation. But the Sleepy Sloth inn room is still broken. I realize that isn't high priority but we'd like to decorate it sometime soon maybe?

Felande Jemanie is still outside the inn for me on all characters, including my main who got her free inn room 7 years ago. Whenever I talk to her I get the quest completion line where you can answer that you don't worship daedra (lie).
Perhaps the house purchase isn't completing properly leading to the furnishing problems?

It's completed for all my characters and my guildies but we still can't use the editor.
