Crafting supplies mail contain no attached supplies

I just logged in to my main character on PS-NA after the maintenance was completed. She gets several of the raw crafting supplies mail items. All of the mail was missing any attached supplies. I tried logging into a different character to see if the second character's supply mail would also turn up empty -- and it was. I tried closing/restarting the app to see if maybe it was just a ui error -- but everything was still empty. I do not currently have any add ons installed.

Same problem here. PSNA as well.

I had two characters with Lazy Writ Crafter auto open their crafting mails before I caught note of this thread. I disabled the addonbefore loading the toon I pic'd above.

Hi All, are you trying to open mail from within Cyrodiil? If you are, we recommend that you leave Cyrodiil and then try accessing mail again. This may be an impact of the Vengeance Test happening right now.

I was opening my mail in one of my houses -- so I definitely was not in Cyrodiil.

Nope was just in Blackwood.

It hasn't happened on all of my toons. Just a couple.

I do want to say it's a gaff with an addon. But I've disabled mine.

Here's a breakdown of my sequence of events.

When I saw this thread, I had already automatically looted mails on two toons so I couldn't verify whether those were empty or not.
On my third toon, I disabled my addons before opening the mail system. Those mails came up empty.
At this point I thought it prudent to ensure it was disabled before even logging in to the character. So I disable the addon from Character Select to ensure it was disabled for all characters.
On the fourth toon, again came up empty.
My remaining toons all had their proper attachments.

Item of note, if the addon had looted them automatically, they would/should have been deleted at the same time. But the empty mails were left intact.

Maybe it's different on PC, but my mails don't auto delete after auto looting because I unchecked "Delete After Claim".

Hey folks, checking in after investigations, because we haven't gotten any one else with this issue submit a ticket. Could you do the following:

Please make sure to check if all addons are disabled.
If you need to, please uninstall addons
If the problem still persists, please make sure to check that you have the proper points in hirelings, especially if you did a subclass respec.
If you are still running into issues, please place a ticket for us to investigate further.

It's the same on consoles. I just have mine setup to delete after looting. Both in the game's options and the addon's options.

This is a different issue, @Poss. We have a bug in for that and the team is already working on a fix.

Thank you for your help! I'll keep an eye on things over the next few days and submit a ticket if there's any other missing craft mail supplies.
