This is more for discussion but if someone wants to give it a shot, they are more than welcome.

I have a character that I made on my Epic account for ESO. The purpose of which is to hold some crafting materials between ESO+ trial periods. At any rate, I skipped the tutorial and have only ported to my primary home on my Steam account for ESO for the purpose of deconstruction, trait research and bank access. Somehow, I have gone from level 3 to level 4. That got me wondering, how much of the game could one complete without moving their character from the initial start position? I suspect I gained EXP from learning the blue motif books but not 100% certain as I hadn't paid attention just noticed one day that I was on level 4 and pretty close to level 5.

The rules would be:

• Must be a new character
• Must skip the tutorial
• Moving even one step from the initial position is considered a failure
• May port to content
• Must reappear at initial position upon login

I haven't tried it, but I think one could port to IA and run what they can until reaching level 10 where they could then begin to access Cyrodiil and IC. Also, at level 10 certain group dungeons can be accessed. Trials might be doable once high enough level, I don't recall if they send you back to the last overland position on exit or if they put you outside their door when you exit. But either way, one could port to a player home that is either unowned or owned by another because logging out there should return one to the last overland position on next login.

Can anyone think of any other content that could be completed without moving the character?
