If it is more scarce, it doesn't translate to a higher sale price compared to the others. It's honestly not even worth worrying about an item that can be purchased from guild traders for around 250 gold.

I have collected them for a long time all at the same time. Saving them not buying here is what i have in bank.

Fragment 1 = 10
Fragment 2 = 10
Fragment 3 = 10
Fragment IV = 7
Fragment V = 3
Fragment VI = 4
Fragment VII = 3

So, it looks like oddly 1-3 drops the most for me followed by IV

Rarest for me is V and VII

from what i was told by ppl who have played much longer than i have... each account will have a page that is rare to them. part of the weird rng that is built into the game. it's to get ppl to use the traders and/or buy from other players because your chances of getting them all within a timely manner on your own are slim to none. i'm not sure if i believe that or not, but it certainly does seem to be that way and i've seen them do weirder things with drop rates, so who knows? i forget what page it was for me, but it seems like after you put a few of them together, it goes to a more normal random.

my hoard in my bank. never bothered selling them. put enough together for my alts. i think i only ever gave one or two pages away when i happened to be on and ppl were asking for them:

I don't even have to look the fifth fragment is my bogey one, I have always had waaay less of those!
