Hullo,
Using Truly Superb Glyph of Decrease Health (gold), and assuming Oblivion damage ignores all resistances.
Does it have any effect if Major/Minor Protection is cast?
If an average PVP player has 30K, how much damage will it do (without any mitigators)?
Is it worth using in PvP in the latest patch?
I am asking because on Combat Metrics, I have seen it a few times from player who killed me (several times)

I have seen 2-3k on my 30k hp characters, with 50k armor, minor prot and 8% mitigation from scribing.
It's quite good for burst power.2
