✭✭In addition to what's been noted, while the 2025 Premium Edition includes all previous chapters, it does not include DLCs from previous years, so ESO+ still has value in this regard.
I'm pretty confident in this and double checked, but the whole thing has become a bit, so hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong!
Also notable is that unlike chapters of previous years, the 2025 content pass includes upcoming DLC dungeons.spending a year dead for tax reasons0
