Screen resolution disabled when HDR is on

Since the v11.0.5 update, it's impossible to change screen resolution when HDR is on. The resolution is automatically set to native and is greyed out.
This issue wasn't fixed in the latest v11.0.6 update.
In standard SDR mode, the screen resolution option works normally.

Versalium✭✭✭I reinstalled the game, and now it doesn't output to native resolution, it's 3072x1728 for some reason. And I still can't change the resolution.
I tried deleting the "Elder Scrolls Online" folder in the Documents. I tried repairing the game in the launcher. Nothing.
