And unless they changed it recently without mention (which is possible), Ansuul’s is actually worth more than +7% because its damage bonus stacks multiplicatively, not additively, with Minor Slayer and almost all other damage done buffs.

With just Minor Slayer active and no other buffs, the 7% from Ansuul produces a combined buff of 12.35% instead of 12%. That alone is a pretty small difference, but once you start throwing in more bonuses, the multiplicative effect becomes more noticeable. With only two +6% blue CP damage stars of choice on top of Minor Slayer, Ansuul is already worth more than +8%: it takes those combined buffs from 17% to 25.2% instead of 24%. The more damage done buffs you add, the more Ansuul is worth in additive terms.
