Character stuck after finishing Battleground (XBOX EU)

Do NOT play Battlegrounds until ZOS has fixed their server issues (XBOX EU) - the server issues can cause your character become stuck / unplayable. I have a character that I cannot use as the game throws me out of to the login screen every time I try to login to that character.

Here's what happened, after I completed a Battleground match in Huntsman's Fortress - while loading out of the match, game had long loading time, till it threw me out of the game. Now the character is stuck in Huntsman's Fortress and every time I try to load that character, it gives 'Unable to connect to game server' and throws me back to the login screen.

As ZOS XBOX EU server is having constantly these server issues, your character can end up getting stuck like this.

Turns out characters in Reach and in Murkmire are all stuck and unusable, please ZOS can we get something on the issue? Several people have their characters unusable due to this problem

To add insult to injury - support didn’t fix the issue by moving the character, instead posted network connectivity template and clearly did NOT read my description of the issue. I asked support to move my character to Auridon which at least currently seems to work as an area. Note: my other characters work just fine, except if you try to enter the two mentioned areas

Update: support finally moved my characters that were stuck to zones that do work. It seems zones of Murkmire, Reach and possibly Clockwork City (this one hasn’t happened to me) are broken and if your character is in any of these areas in XBox EU, you won’t be able to login to these characters.
