I have ESO+ and the new content pass - and scribing NPC does not appear, portal does not work, and it is not in crown store as the free purchase to begin.

I think it is because they removed it from Gold Road, but have not yet put it in base game - so is impossible to start. @ZOS_Kevin ?

    it comes a bit later. I'm in the same situation... waiting for it to come out.

    They need to just put an announcement about this in game so people see it. There’s been so many posts like this.

    Because they’re putting it in a golden pursuit, they essentially disabled it if you purchased it within a certain timeframe until that launches for some reason. No idea why.

    TYTYTY! <3 - I just came back and have now had 4 ppl trying to 'help walk me through it' where I've said (before having seen the above linked thread) - 'it doesn't work rn trust me - I reckon it is a problem due to it moving to base game' and now, I can just link this thread. xD

    It honestly sucks tho - that's it's just broken and *oh well* lol I also wouldn't call over a month a 'short window' either - but ok!
