I contacted support and instead of fixing my characters and moving them to another area that works, they insultingly posted troubleshooting template about connection problems rather than reading a single word from my ticket?0 -

I had the exact same response for a Nightblade that was stuck in the ground. I made a video of my character stuck in the ground and posted it on youtube and linked it in my response. It worked and they fixed it. Shouldn't have to do that if they would actually read what we wrote to them the first time.0 -
