Is it fair?

Imagine the situation. You're playing happily, completing quests or dungeons. Suddenly, you decide to change your class skills. You approach the NPC, make the changes, and realize you've made a mistake. You pay the NPC 1500 gold, but nothing changes. You're perplexed. Then, you notice a message on the top right corner of your screen that reads "3/3 skills selected." This means you'll need to level up your current class ability. It's a shame, and you're upset.

And now I realized that patch No. 46 brought a mechanic where one mistake is worth a lot of time.
You're wondering, "Didn't the developers think about the errors?". The banal human factor

    Sorry.. what?
And if the dam breaks open many years too soon
And if there is no room upon the hill
And if your head explodes with dark forebodings too
I'll see you on the dark side of the moon

Nothing in changing class skills amd morphs has changed with 46 and changing sub classes is super cheap amd refunds all points...?

You're only stuck with 3 changes if you haven't levelled up the skill line to 50 on its native class.
Is it fair? I don't see why not. There has to be a downside if you choose not to fully level the base class but want to use it's skill lines.

This isnt even true; I have never played nightblade in my life, took a skill tree to 35, then swapped out for one from sorc

But the sorc skill line was 50? It only applies to the sub class skill lines you want to add not native skill lines you want to remove.
