error 103 and 201 cant login

This morning I login to do a quest, but when I tried to change roles, error 103 and I cant log in for half an hour.I want to login to participate in the event.

    I was on PC NA the past hour or so and then went to swap to PC EU and am getting error 103 as well, even after waiting plenty of time for the server swap cooldown thing.

    I can't log back into PC NA either. I've been trying to log in at all, either server, every so often, for the past 45min.


    The official error 103 troubleshoot page has not helped.

    Listen, the game is basically unplayable if you’re around a large group/battle. Nothing you reset, repair, etc. is going to change that during this event. It’s just never-ending dc, relog 4 or 5 times and hope you can get back in. It’s a shame too, cause this event could be fun.

    Not getting Error... but got Disconnected and now been waiting on a load screen for 20 minutes.....

    Same as Emily, went from PC-NA to PC-EU, got hit with a 103, and now I can't log into either server.
    EDIT: Waiting 10 minutes and trying again hasn't worked, nor has Repairing.

    I've been logging into a few alt accounts all morning, no problems until now. I'm also getting error 103 now.

    Edit: I tried a different account and got in on that one. On logging back out I got error 103. Still can't get into the previous account.

    I am having the same issue. Getting either Error 103 (4:5:319:0) Failed to obtain server connection information" or "Error 201(7:4:252:429) Login failed." This has now been an issue for 15 minutes, as of 8:30 PM PST 2/22/25.

    I keep getting the same error. It's 2:30am UTC on the PC EU server, so it can't be volume of players, despite the event.

    Getting the same error 103 on PC EU & PC NA

    And not just after switching servers, even when I first tried to connect I got it.

    Same here. Last three days I needed multiple tries to log in. So disappointing.

    I've just been kicked from the server twice this evening (PC EU on steam). The first time reported check internet connection (but it was fine at my end). Now I'm getting the "unexpected error" again.

    can log onto secondary account but primary kicked me and now claimes 'server not found' after lying to me and saying my account was already logged on. (gotta love that, why am i trying to log on if i'm already logged on?) :/

    for two days now i have been disconnected multiple times and cannot relogin on EU server, it lag during any pvp and especially yesterday during infinity archive run, no error number shows after disconnect.

    Disconnects are truly obnoxious for me atm.

    I don't get any lag, things just stop working. Often.

    It happened again when I tried to go to the imperial city yesterday. Fortunately, I successfully logged in again 10 minutes later and received the event ticket.

    as usual, can logon just fine with my secondary accounts, but the main is borked.

    Was able to log on last night.

    Attempted today and unable to log on with the same issue.
