Delete After Claim keeps getting checked

Since the Xbox update, every time I log in, the "Delete after claim" checkbox gets checked every time I log in. My wife has the same issue on her console.

Benzux✭✭✭✭Noticed this as well, the option resets to "Enabled" every time you log out and back in on a character.
