Fixing my addons

Years ago, I installed the usual trading addons to check prices etc. For years, when I log on I get errors they're out of date.

Now I decided to update them, but when I run minion and it scans the disks it says no addons found. How do I update them?

    Make sure you don’t have onedrive on, addon folder in onedrive causes all sorts of problems.

    Oh boy, I've never intentionally used it so not sure how to check that.

    delete the addon from the folder, then download the addon manually. for example , " tamriel trade center " . You install it. You start the game and immediately exit. You run the program exe file, and then the game. and voila) the addon is installed. But he needs a scan, go to the guild merchant and he will scan

    You’ll need to do research on how to disable and get rid of OneDrive. After, make sure Minion is looking for addons in the right location.

    As for the right location, it just scans y two drives, C: and E:. No location is listed.

    I'm a bit concerned if deleting the addons could cause a problem.

    The four error messages begin with user:/addons/tamtrieltradecenter...

    That's not a clear file path.

    Turn off one drive. make sure your eso live folder is in documents on your c drive and then manually point minion to that folder. you may have to restart minion a few times to get it but, it will work.

    Is there a way to turn off onedrive just for the addons folder? I kind of hate to mess with totally disabling it over that one thing.

    I did see that the addons folder is stored on onedrive. If I could paste a screenshot I could show it.

    I see the addon files were mostly last updated in 2018 for an idea.

    I didn't see a way to point minion to a location, it just asks for drives to scan and lists C: and E:.

    There might be other options also like deleting the files in the addons folder or even the addons folder? But would that break things?
