I can run the launcher and it opens the game but then I get error 200 and it says it is unable to retrieve the announcements. I repaired the launcher but the same thing happens. Now someone in our guild discord posted they are unable to get in the game, too.

    Same here... if I switch to EU it works fine so just an NA issue

    Same issue; got booted from the server, tried to reconnect - no go. I rebooted, tried again, no go. Launched a VPN, COULD get in...playing now.

    Login error, connection to server timed out

    I dont get an error code just that message

    Login attempt results in Error 200. Tried restart, wait a few, etc but get same results. Also 'Failed to retrieve announcements' message at bottom.

    PCNA (no Steam)

    One of the wonderful things about this forum is when I run into a problem, I come here first so see if it is me or the game. Based on what I see, it looks like my next troubleshooting step is to get a cup of coffee and let ZoS check it out. :)

    Me too. I switched my VPN to east coast and it worked

    Adding myself to the pile.

    Error 200, Could not retrieve announcements.

    I was in-game and needed to reboot my system and got hit with this when I tried to log back in.

    At game startup, where one enters their userid/password, I am seeing "Could not retrieve announcements.". This is the first point of failure for me.

    Attempting to login then gets the error 200.

    If you download Proton VPN took a few times but logged in its free yall welcome
