1 question. Are we allowed to submit screenshots which have reshade filters? Plenty of people on PC use them, and a Community Feature blog post on a at the time known screenshotter a few years back had reshades mentioned. But either way I'd appreciate clarification if it's "legal" usage in this context or not.
Thanks!
The themes are very vague and not clear. Say, in "Festival Day" or "Secret Garden" do the houses need to have anything to do with festivals or gardens, because the rules state "Must include elements representing one of the following Home Tours tags:". Emphasis on the one. So, technically, for example, the Secret Garden don't actually need to even be a garden because the tags are Creatures, Gardens, Hidden Secrets, meaning a house could fit either creatures or hidden secrets (no garden at all) and count?

Are reshades and similar filters allowed?
I'd also think the themes could need clarification in this question. The themes are very vague and not clear. During the Submission Period, eligible entrants are encouraged to submit four screenshots representing their unique housing creations (the “Images”) showcasing their creativity and individual definition for cool (the “Theme”). At least four (4) images, and no more than (6) images, must be generated. Screenshots may be in JPG or PNG format and show the unique design created. All screenshots should be at the highest possible resolution with 1920 x 1080 as the minimum. The use of in-game effects and lighting addons are allowed, but altering screenshots outside of the game with PhotoShop or other image editing is not permitted for this contest.

Yes, ReShade and similar in-game addons are allowed. I realize it's a pain to read through the legal text, but this is the excerpt that covers that:During the Submission Period, eligible entrants are encouraged to submit four screenshots representing their unique housing creations (the “Images”) showcasing their creativity and individual definition for cool (the “Theme”). For future competitions:
Please, place in the advertising news the exact hour if there is. As it happens in other news. Not only in the rules. As it's a vital info and can lead to error.

You are welcome.
I just wish they would make all events etc. end at the end of the day rather than 12 ET, or 10 ET like some do. It's too easy for players to miss some of these the way it is.

"We want everyone to get their time in the spotlight, so we'll be sharing some of our favorite pieces with the rest of the ESO community via our social channels throughout the contest."

What is their Twitter called? Is it ESO, Zenimax or something else? I've had no luck finding them. Thanks.

Thanks for the info. I guess I may need an account to see all their posts because I'm not seeing anything about it. I hope they announce the winners here on the forums.
Good luck to all that entered!
