Battlegrounds CC and bracing bug 6/16/25

I was in battlegrounds just after the update this morning and noticed my toon wasn't bracing when I pressed the block button. I had the CC whirlwind animation at my feet so tried to break free. It displayed the break free animation and consumed stamina, but I still wasn't able to brace or block. The CC whirlwind stayed for the rest of the match and it kept allowing me to break free whenever I tried.
I was able to fight so it wasn't lag. The movement animation looked a bit like what happens when you get Charmed but only when I moved--I was able to stand perfectly still also.
Anyone else noticing this?

Welcome to the the experience of every tank for the last 10 years. The list of blocking issues are many and varied - even to the point that you have the block animation, you have an addon saying you are blocking, your animation shows you are blocking, and you still get hit without it regisering you are blocking.PC EU
