Using "Biting Jabs" during combat will lock character's animation.
I cancel light attacks and use Biting Jabs, but sometimes this bug occurs.
When this bug occurs, I can't attack. This is a fatal bug, so please fix it.
I encountered the bug using Aedric Spear as a Nightblade subclass, but it will likely happen with other classes too.

I have a Templar - in fact I only have a Templar - which since the update has pretty much been 99% jabs as I'm levelling sub-class lines (gotta get those sweet achievement points), and this is not something I have noticed.

Can you provide some more detail? When you say you can't attack after activating Biting Jabs, do you mean straight away? Jabs is a 0.8s channel, which can take some getting used to because activating the skill means the animation lasts 0.8s (ish) but it activates the global cooldown - which means you can't attack with anything until the cooldown is finished.

While only small difference in attack length vs GCD it can take some getting used to.

I'm also not sure what the OP is saying because- as a Templar main- I haven't seen this problems and I use Sweeps 99% of the time as my main attack. I know you cannot cancel the animation with a light attack, so you cannot light attack weave during the Jabs attack if that is what the OP is talking about. Otherwise, I'm not sure.
