Lots of visual effects distortions and... bugs?

Since update 46 I notice several weird problems with different visual effects. Arcanist/nightblades suffer several loss of nice visual skills, shyshards effect when collecting simply doesn't exist anymore and several others from class skills to zone effects.
Any chance to fix this, ZOS?

✭✭✭✭✭i haven't seen anything about the other things u mentioned, but the missing Skyshard animation is a known issue
Issue: Skyshard absorb animation is not working as intended.
Current State: The team is investigating the issue.
